Compare the spreadsheet title, image and price with the current product page. Check whether the seller’s selected variant changes the displayed price, whether domestic freight is included and whether minimum quantities apply. If the listing cannot be read automatically, preserve screenshots and use a complete manual order brief.
Your purchase note should state only the facts the buying agent needs: chosen variant, quantity, acceptable price boundary and what to do if the selection is unavailable. Warehouse photo requests belong to the later QC stage.
