Inspect in three passes
First confirm identity: item, variant, color, quantity and size. Second inspect visible condition: damage, stains, hardware, missing parts and packaging. Third compare specifications: measurements, placement, shape and features that matter to you.
Request targeted evidence
Do not ask for “more photos” without a purpose. Describe the location, angle and measurement method so the result can change your decision.
- Check each item soon after warehouse arrival.
- Do not confuse warehouse storage with the seller’s return window.
